Leave in Hōngongoi (July) / Here-turi-kōkā (August)
Dr Brenda Gibson will be away on leave for six weeks across July and August: last day on Fri 18 July, returns to work on Tuesday 02 September.
Locum cover:
Dr Kiri Renssen will be working as Dr Gibson's locum and will be covering all six weeks of her leave Tues-Fri.
There will be no locum cover for Dr Gibson on Mondays, but you can book with Jasper Nacilla, our Nurse Practitioner, if he has availability.
Using Well while Dr Gibson is on leave in Hōngongoi (July) / Here-turi-kōkā (August)
You will not be able to book appointments with Dr Gibson via Well while she's on leave, so please call reception on 04 472 4266 if you would like to schedule an appointment with her for some time after her return.
Please call reception if you would like to book with Dr Gibson's locum. Dr Renssen is not set up to be booked with via Well.
Dr Gibson's messaging inbox will be turned off on Well while she's on leave. Her locum does not have a messaging inbox on Well so you will need to call our nurse line or book a GP or Nurse Practitioner appointment for any clinical queries.
You can still send prescription requests via Well as usual but please expect delays. Dr Gibson's locum will review these. Please call reception if your prescription request is urgent.
Additional leave in Mahuru (September)
Dr Brenda Gibson will also be taking leave on every Monday of September, with Dr Kiri Renssen working as her locum on those Mondays.
Dr Gibson will still be available during her usual hours Tues-Fri in September.
