Complaints can be made to our Practice Manager.

You can do so by calling our manager line (option 3 when you call us), requesting a call back from the manager via reception, or by requesting the manager’s email address via reception. The Practice Manager will discuss your complaint with you and facilitate a resolution. 

If you wish to make a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC), or want help in raising your complaint with us, you can find information about this on the HDC website.
