We have removed the option for general web bookings through our website, but you can still make bookings online by registering with our patient portal Well if you are one of our enrolled patients.
Why have we removed general web bookings?
We encountered some issues with the web bookings and have determined that it makes the most sense for our clinic to offer appointment bookings through our patient portal Well and by calling reception only.
How do I register for Well so I can make bookings online/through the app?
To register you need to:
Be an enrolled patient with The Terrace Medical Centre
Have your own mobile number
Have an email address
Visit our clinic's Well portal login page here* and create an account OR download the Well NZ app from the App Store or Google Play.
Our registration code is TMCENT.

I've made an account with Well, how come I still can't book an appointment with a practice nurse?
We don't allow practice nurse bookings through Well for a number of reasons, including:
Different procedures or services require different amounts of time, and there are a wide range of procedures and services that the nurses provide
We may need to order specific equipment or vaccines in prior to the appointment
Depending on the procedure or service, we may need to check that a GP or NP has signed it off or prescribed the appropriate medication or vaccine first
Please call reception for all practice nurse bookings instead.
Well is showing me a list of different clinicians to book with, who are they?
When selecting a clinician to book with you will be shown your lead care provider (Dr Gibson, Dr Foster, Dr Harris, or Mr Jasper Nacilla (NP)) as well as:
Mr Jasper Nacilla (Nurse Practitioner) - please note that Jasper is not a practice nurse; as a Nurse Practitioner he can see you for many of the same concerns you would usually see a GP for.
Dr R Jubert (MH) and Dr R Jubert (SM) - Dr Roger Jubert is a locum GP and you can book with him under either of these titles (he works on behalf of different clinicians at different times, hence the different titles).
Any other locum GPs we may have available at the time (e.g. Dr Jan Arnold, Dr Kiri Renssen). These locums may vary, or may not show at all, depending on when they are scheduled to be working with us.
